It is important that equality planning is communicated to all personnel. This can be done, for example, in seminars or via internal information networks and personnel magazines.
An equality plan shall include a communication plan, i.e. a plan for how to communicate the equality plan and the results of reviews to the personnel. Information on the implementation of the plan may also be provided in the context of human resource accounts. Describing the progress made towards equality in the workplace indicates that equality issues have become an integral part of everyday personnel policy.
